PENNY
Penny is an owner and our Master Stylist at Elan Hair & Nails. With 25 years of experience she has developed an in-house training program that has given our salon a highly talented staff of amazing stylists. As well as being an educator to her staff, Penny has travelled and trained other stylists throughout the East Coast. Penny understands the importance of having excellent communication skills which enable her to deliver the visions of her clients. She prides herself in establishing relationships with clients that last for generations. She believes a client-oriented culture makes our salon stand out and is the main focus of everything we do.
STACIE
Stacie is an owner of Elan Hair & Nails and Salon Manager. Together with Penny, Stacie has helped make Elan Hair and Nails a staple in the community for a high quality salon experience. Her involvement with local charities and fundraising events has added to the success of our salon. Stacie’s key focus is customer satisfaction and makes every effort to reach out to satisfy our client’s needs. A forward thinker, she is always searching for ways to improve and grow our salon to take it the next level.
DAWN
Dawn has been with our team for over 9 years. She loves to make her clients feel beautiful by connecting with each person’s individual style. She has a positive outlook and always strives for the best in everything she does. Dawn specializes in all aspects of hair design, there is no limit to her talent! She loves learning new techniques in all areas of her field.
LULU
Lulu is part of our hair styling team as well as floor manager. Lulu has been in the beauty industry for 10+ year and prides herself on bringing out the utmost confidence in people through their hairstyles. She has trained multiple assistants over the years and continues to train our team to maintain the highest level of customer service and keeping our salon in its pristine condition!
